SEXUAL ALLEGATIONS: PASTOR CHRIS OKAFOR FIRES BACK – “DORIS IS A LIAR, I DON’T KNOW HER!”
Pastor Chris Okafor, the founder and leader of the Mountain of Liberation and Miracle Ministry aka Liberation City, has been dragged on the social media by Doris Ogala who claims to have had sexual relationship with the man of God. And these wild allegations by Doris have generated diverse reactions on social media.
Days ago, the highly controversial lady made headlines online when she alleged that she has had sexual intimacy with the very private and respected Pastor Chris Okafor, an allegation many have described as ridiculous and illogical.
Speaking to a few journalists who wanted to see Pastor Chris Okafor after last Sunday service at the Liberation City on Oshofisan street, Ojodu Berger, Lagos, a close aide to the man of God by name Pastor Ken, was asked by Pastor Chris Okafor to speak to press men. And he responded when asked to comment on the allegation.
“First, let me begin by saying that the man of God decided to delegate me to speak to you gentlemen of the Press because, one, the case is in court and and two, he does not want to dignify this lady by openly joining issues with her. But out of respect for you gentlemen of the press who have sought to seek the truth first, rather than jump on the bandwagon to publish falsehood like others have done, I will attend to you in my capacity as one of Pastor’s senior Special Assistants” the smart looking Pastor stated.
“Let me answer your question by saying this very clearly and firmly, Pastor Chris Okafor does not know this woman!” he declared candidly. “He has had nothing to do with her and I insist that she is either hallucinating or definitely mentally unstable. This is the same woman who had alleged that the Pastor owed her money last year, money that she claimed someone asked him to give to her, according to her story. Today, the same lady is saying she and Pastor have been sexually intimate, and you may ask, how? From where to where?”
When asked by journalists why the Pastor has remained calm, quiet and unperturbed by the Doris Ogala allegation flying all over the social media, the Special Assistant Pastor replied:
“The answer to that question is simple – our Daddy in the Lord is unperturbed because he knows that all of those allegations are not only malicious but totally unfounded as well. And the truth will be out soon. I am sorry I will not be able to say more than I have already said because, as we speak, the case is in court and the lady in question was arrested over this falsehood she is spreading against Pastor Chris. In no distant time from now, the truth will prevail and she will be made to pay for attempting to malign and tarnish the hard earned reputation of Dr. Chris Okafor!”
He was asked one last question, does he think Doris has some evidence she plans to use against the Pastor like she is claiming?
Pastor Ken beamed a confident smile. “She has nothing! She doesn’t have a shred of evidence against him to prove they ever met or knew each other. And the truth is, she can’t possibly have any evidence because the man of God doesn’t even know her in the first place, do you get? So, how can she have any evidence when there was never a meeting point?”
“Listen, I should not be divulging this and I hope Pastor Chris will approve of me saying this. We have several nudes of this lady, both videos and pictures, sent by her to Pastor Chris to get his attention. We have evidence to show she had been trying to get to him through all means possible by sending messages and different obscene contents using over 30 different phone lines to reach him. We have everything. It was when all of these failed that she resorted to using her current strategy which has also failed. We even have a lot more evidences stacked up against her but I can’t divulge them here, I will need Pastor’s permission to do that.”
The story of the little known actress, Doris Ogala, hounding the generational prophet, Dr. Chris Okafor, did not start today. Many will recall that sometime last year, the same lady, out of the blues, took to social media alleging that Pastor Chris Okafor, fondly called the Oracle, was owing her money. She said the money was given to him by someone to give to her and it was meant as payment for some service she rendered to the person. Of course, the immediate reaction to this allegation was, why would someone you offered service to now choose to route payment of your money through Pastor Chris and not directly to you? Her story didn’t make sense to many who attempted to make interventions. And now, several months down the line, the same lady is out with another baseless allegation. This time, she claims she and the tall and dashing, charismatic pastor have had several sexual intimacies together.
This recent allegation by Doris has left many speechless and wondering if she was on a mission to tarnish the the image of the easy going man of God. Netizens have since been reacting to the story. Somebody commented:
“This lady is not making sense at all! How can you go from, ‘he is owing me money and I will fight him to the last,’ to ‘we have had sex together’? Just last year, you said the Pastor was owing you money and that heavens will fall if he does not refund your money, today, the same man you hated so much has suddenly become your lover!! Does that make sense at all?”
Another remarked. “This babe, your story is illogical, cannot hold water in a law court. If I were Pastor Chris, I will make sure you spend a long time in jail. She is just looking for money from the Pastor, that’s all,” he concluded.
Investigations have revealed that Doris Ogala already has a history of attempting to rubbish the image of some men of God. And she is said to have succeeded a few times in the past. But from the look of things, Pastor Chris is determined to make her fail this time.
It will also be recalled that this same Doris called out Nollywood actor, Benedict Johnson for fraud last year, just as she did Pastor Chris. Today, she is no longer accusing the Pastor of holding onto her money, she revealed they both have been sexually involved with each other. And this came shortly after she claimed she died physically, was taken to heaven where she was treated like a queen and then asked to return to earth because it was not yet her time to die, a story that has been making people raise questions about her mental health.
Further investigations have revealed that, Doris Ogala, who claims to have recently had an abortion, was once married for years to an Igbo guy in South Africa but got booted out of her marriage owing to childlessness. And many are wondering, why would a woman who lost her marriage owing to childlessness now claim to have just had an abortion? And just as it often is with Doris’ utterances, this one too does not add up.
The lady whose inconsistencies continue to puzzle many appears to be on a desperate mission to tarnish the man of God’s image. It remains to be seen whether she will get away with it or not, the world is watching.

Controversy Trails Alleged Drowning Of 2 Polytechnic Students
Two persons suspected to be students of the Federal Polytechnic, Nekede, Owerri, the Imo State capital, have drowned in Otammiri River in Owerri.
The incident, according to a source, occurred last Saturday.
The source said one of the deceased, Chukwudi Okwuchukwu, was a year one National Diploma Computer Science student and Igwilo, a friend of another student, who joined the swimming expedition.
However, the school authorities have denied the allegation, saying they were not aware of the incident.
An eyewitness who pleaded anonymity said four male friends came to swim in the Otammiri River and snap pictures.
According to the source, a local warned the young men not to swim, saying it was getting dark, but they refused and continued swimming.
Further, he said the swimmers who were busy being snapped pictures by their friends swam to the deep side and drowned in the process.
The school’s public relations officer, Dr Ike Ibe, said the school was unaware of the incident.
He said, “No, the school management is not aware of such an incident.”
When contacted, the SUG president of polytechnic, Destiny Nwosu, confirmed that two people drowned in the river but maintained that they had yet to be identified as students of the school.
Nwosu said, “I heard that two people drowned at the Otammiri River, but we have yet to confirm that they are students of our school. I can’t confirm whether they were Nekede Polytechnic students or from the other schools in the state, and if they were even students anywhere else.”
The president of the National Association of Imo State Students (NAISS), Nekede Polytechnic chapter, Daniel Promise, said he saw the video on social media but maintained that they had not been identified as students of Nekede Polytechnic.
He said, “Up till now, no one has confirmed the victim to be their coursemate or anything like that. I can’t confirm that they were our fellow students,” Promise said.
Meanwhile, the two corpses have been deposited at a morgue.

Glaucoma Second Leading Cause Of Blindness In Nigeria – Commissioner
Plateau State commissioner for Health, Dr Nicolas Ba’amlong, has declared that glaucoma is the second leading cause of blindness after cataract in Nigeria.
He, therefore, called for a united push for regular eye checks, early diagnosis and affordable treatment.
The commissioner said Nigeria Blindness and Vision Impairment Survey, Prevalence of Glaucoma affects five percent of the population, adding that it accounts for 16.7 percent of blindness cases, while 5.6 percent of the affected individuals knew they had the disease and one in five persons were already blind at diagnosis.
He maintained that the 2023 Rapid Assessment of Avoidable Blindness (RAAB) survey in Plateau State reported prevalence of blindness to be 2.7 percent which is significantly higher than the national average of 0.7 percent stressing that glaucoma accounted for 17 percent of such blindness.
The theme for this year ” Uniting for Glaucoma Free World” emphasised the power of collective action in tackling one of the leading causes of irreversible blindness. It conveys both urgency and hope highlighting that while glaucoma cannot be cured, blindness from it can often be prevented through awareness, early detection and treatment.
Dr. Ba’amlong further explained that “Glaucoma Week reminds us that protecting visions is a shared responsibility because when we unite to promote awareness, early testing and accessible treatment, we move closer to the future where no one loses his sight to glaucoma.”
